On Tuesday, Apple announced the release of their new iPhone SE at their latest event. The iPhone SE is meant to be Apple’s budget iPhone with prices starting at $429. It boasts the A15 bionic chip, the same as in the iPhone 13, which allows for the same speeds and functions to be achieved.

This new iPhone comes in the same colors as the previous model midnight, starlight, and Product Red. The SE3 also introduced smart HDR 4 and combined with the A15 bionic chip it allows for great photos, with reliable contrast, lighting, and skin tones for up to 4 people. In addition to Smart HDR 4 it also offers deep fusion, which creates phenomenal low light pictures. This is also the first budget iPhone 5g connectivity, which is a big plus.

What’s changed since the previous generation SE from 2020

The SE3 has so many pros to the previous SE2 which was introduced in 2020. The new one sports the A15 bionic vs the A13 that was in the previous, which allows for 1.2x graphics performance, faster downloads, streaming, gaming, and less lag. The new SE also has a better battery that allows for up to 2 hours more of video playback.
