Morris Barnard is 59 years old and spent over 33 years being a doctor in Nassau County, Great Neck. After a 5 year Medicare fraud, in 2022 he pleaded guilty and was sentenced 2 and 1/2 years in federal prison. Over the course of 5 years, he stole over $3 million and paid back the 1.4 million he had left to Medicare. He was sentenced in Central Islip for health care fraud. Most of the people he falsely charged were either disabled or in group homes.

Old websites still have him registered as a doctor.  On one, of the 10 reviews, 2 were 1 -star reviews. One review says, “His billing company was supposed to bill our insurance and instead of sig [sic] a billing service and secretaries to pre -approve amounts he is trying to have us pay for service he has never done he is a fraud BE AWARE..” Another review states, “This doctor billed my insurance for things he never done! for example”ear wax removal” fees… and many more listed all for a short consultation visit!”

These reviews took place in 2017 and 2020 during the time of his fraud scheme from 2015-2022.
