- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 3 cups shredded cheese (Yellow American)(Sharp cheddar)
- 1/2 cup grainy mustard
- 1 pound short-cut pasta cooked 6 minutes in salted water, drained

The Mac & Cheese was great, every one enjoyed it, it was perfectly cooked and the extra cheese on top made it delicious.
