Political/work Experience: He ran for president 4 times in 2000, 2016, 2020 and in the next election in 2024. from January 2017-2021 he was president. And after his presidency was over, he was charged with 34 felonies, which is a first and hopefully last occurrence for a former sitting president. 

 

About Nikki Haley:

Age: 51

Political party: Republican 

Political/work Experience: From 2011-2017 she served as the 116th governor of North Carolina. After this she served as the 29th United States ambassador for the United Nations from January 2017-2018. Mostly known for being the 1st Indian American to serve in the presidential cabinet.

 

About Vivek Ramaswamy:

Age: 37

Political party: Republican 

Political/Work Experience: No political experience. He is a multimillionaire tech entrepreneur, founder/CEO of Roivant Sciences, Co-founder of Campus Venture Network, partner at QVT Financial and co-founder and executive chairman of Strive Asset Management throughout his life.

 

About Asa Hutchinson:

Age: 72

Political party: Republican 

Political/work Experience: from 1977-1982 he started off his political journey being a city attorney of Bentonville. He served in the DEA (Drug Enforcement Administration). he served as the U.S. attorney for the Fort Smith-based Western District of Arkansas. And as of 2023 since 2015 he has been the governor of Arkansas. He had many more jobs but these are the most important to know politically.

 

About Larry Elder:

Age: 71

Political party: Republican 

Political/work Experience: Larry Elder is a right winged political commentator but also a conservative talk radio host. He even had his own show from 1993-2008 and then from 2010-2014.


About Joseph Biden:

Age: 80

Political party: Democrat

Political/work Experience: He joined the U.S. Senate at 30 years old which is the minimum age requirement making him the 6th youngest to ever join. He had this job from 1973-2009. He served as the 47th vice president under the presidency of Barack Obama, the first African American to be president of the United States. He served under both Barack Obama’s terms. In 2020 Biden became president with Kamala Harris as vice president.

 

About Marianne Williamson.

Political party: Democrat

Political/work Experience: Marianne Williamson has had many jobs such as an author, politician, lector and spiritual leader. Her most popular book is “A return to Love”. 

 

About Robert F. Kennedy Jr:

Age: 69

Political party: Democrat

Political/work Experience: Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is a politician candidate, an American environmental lawyer and author publishing anti vaccine conspiracy theories. He is well known for being the nephew of John F. Kennedy, the 35th president of the U.S.A.

 

About Ron DeSantis:

Age: 44

Political party: Republican 

Political/work Experience: In 2004 he joined the United States Navy, he was then promoted to lieutenant. He was then elected to congress in 2012 at the same time as being a founding member of the Freedom Caucus. He won the Republican nomination for the 2018 gubernatorial election. And he unfortunately avoided any precautions to prevent/slow the spread of Covid 19 and supported the Parental Rights in Education Act (“Don’t Say Gay Bill”).

 

About Mike Pence:

Age: 63

Political party: Republican 

Political/work Experience: In 1994 he was a conservative radio and television talk show host and it ended 1999. A little while later in 2000 he was elected to the U.S. House of Representatives. He served as chairman of the House Republican Conference between 2009 and 2011. He also signed some very controversial bills such as prohibiting abortions if it was due to race, disability or gender. Later on January 20, 2017 he was inaugurated as vice president of the United States.

 

About Tim Scott:

Age: 57

Political party: Republican 

Political/work Experience: He became the first Republican elected to any office in South Carolina since the late 1800’s. From 1995-2009 he served on the council and during this time he was chairman starting in 2007. He assumed office in 2013 and his current term will end in 2029.
